Residence is a furniture atelier in the old town of Nicosia. We draw, build, and finish contemporary pieces for the way people actually live — quietly, patiently, one commission at a time.
Our story
Furniture made to be lived with.
Residence began in 1996 as a small workshop in Nicosia. Today we still draw every piece in-house, and we back that work with our own factory — so a project can move from sketch to finished furniture without leaving our hands.
What started locally has grown into three showrooms on the same street: a design studio, a collection floor, and a project space where custom pieces come together with clients face to face.
Whether you're furnishing a single room or an entire residence, we start the same way: a conversation about how the space is really used, and where a piece of furniture can quietly make it better.
